We have an exceptionally low return rate & we are proud of the high quality items we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate you.
You can always return or exchange your item for free anywhere in the US & EU so long as:
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging w/ their dust-bags.
- Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
*Shoes bought using a promo code are only subject to exchanges, not returns. We have the slimmest profit margin in the industry because of the fact that we use the highest quality construction & material at the lowest price possible. We cannot offer free returns for discounted shoes because it is too costly. By paying full price we will insure that you are able to return your shoes for free. For example, If you use a $15 off discount or use a promo code that offers a premium gift you are waiving the ability to return the shoes. Again, by using a promotional offer you are able to exchange your shoes for another size, but we cannot offer you a refund.
*Shoes designed on the custom platform are final sale products. Any shoe customized by you is final sale meaning that there are no returns or exchanges on these orders. If you are a first time customer we suggest you order a shoe from our collection page first since those shoes come with free returns/exchanges. Once you are confident with your shoe size we suggest ordering from our custom platform.
Cancellation halfway through the production process is subject to a 99euro cancellation fee. We use fresh high-quality materials in our production process. If you cancel your order halfway through production you are wasting expensive materials that have to be discarded. We will charge you half the costs to help us not loose necessary funding to operate our business. Please do not order unless you are sure that you want the shoes you ordered.
Returns (Outside the US or EU)
For international returns outside of the contiguous USA or European Union, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the United States or European Union, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. Returns and exchanges are only offered within the US & European Union. If you are an international customer, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Idrese.
